Welcome to Aughagower Athletics Club
Welcome to Aughagower AC, a thriving club located in Aughagower, Co Mayo. The club founded in 2012 by Ernie Deacy, Breifne Gannon, Mel King,and Lorna Harper, operates out of the community centre in Aughagower village. The club is governed by Athletics Ireland and caters for juvenile athletes age 7 to 18. It is open from September until June each year. The coaches teach the basic skills in running, jumping and throwing to younger athletes while helping to develop these skills further in older athletes.
