My name is Colm and I have been a coach now for 10 years here in Aughagower Athletics Club. I can honestly say its been a brilliant experience to date as I have found myself competing and learning new skills every season. Here in the club we coach the athlete not the sport and we create an environment where the motivated, excel, break records, and compete at all Ireland level.
