I'm Diane Kellet and I have been interested in athletics since my early years in primary school competing in community games. I got involved locally in Aughagower Athletics Club when my children started school and showed an interest in running. What I find really rewarding is ,whether an athlete is intending on competing or not, by attending our weekly sessions I see them learning valuable life skills in a safe and fun environment. Getting outdoors, moving more and participating in group activities is something we should all strive for.
