Hello My name is Joseph . I have been part of Aughagower Athletics Club for 10 years and have enjoyed every bit of it. I have had the opportunity to try many different types of events from running, jumping and throwing. Over the last 2 years I have specialised in the 60m and 110m hurdles, which every year I try to reach the all Irelands in.
